SURFACE PREPARATION
New concrete or cementitious substrates should have been placed for at least 28 days and should have moisture content less than 5%.
STANDARD COAT SYSTEMS

Primer (1~2 coat, approx.1000~200 m),Em-flor 2K Epoxy primer.

Basecoat (1 coat, approx.1.5~3mm), Em-flor 40 - 2K PU self-leveling.

Pigment Topcoat (1~2 coat, approx.100~200 m), Em-flor 83 2K W/B P.U.coating.

Colour chips (Optional)

Clear Topcoat (2 coat, approx. 200 m), Em-flor 83 2K W/B coating. (Optional)

PRIMER APPLICATION
-
Mix both components of epoxy primer Em-florl 8035-Resin and Em-flor 8036-Hardener in 2 : 1 proportion and immediately applied in a thin, continuous film using stiff brush or roller.

Porous floors may require two coats of primer.

Allow to dry to become tack free (approx. 4hr at room temp).
Em-flor 40 2k P.U. SLF APPLICATION

Em-flor 40 2k P.U. SLF is supplied in pre-weighed 2 components ready to use on site.

Mix Em-flor 40 P.U. SLF Paint (8040) and Em-flor P.U. Hardener (840H) carefully to avoid entrapping a lot of air and the electric stirrer is recommended. After mixing for about 3 min, add 840H hardener and mix again until homogeneous. Use slow speed electric stirrer for mixing components..
Em-flor 83 2k W/B P.U. APPLICATION
Mix 5 partsof floor coat with 1 part of Hardener by weight. Mix thoroughly to get homogeneous solution. Then add clean water to adjust consistency. After application allow to cure for 2-3 hrs, then apply 2nd coat. Allow to cure minimum 24 hours before the floor is trafficked.
