EP 4 Epoxy Finish Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EP-4 Epoxy Finish Paint is an epoxy top coat recommended for application on metal and concrete surfaces after proper surface preparation, priming etc. it is a pigmented epoxy binder with separate polyamide hardner. This coating provides excellent adhesion and much higher degree of protection against natural weather, highly corrosive and humid atmospheres.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

As a heavy duty finishing coat on structural steel and concrete in industrial atmosphere, such as paper mills, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, breweries, refineries, thermal power plants, atomic energy establishments, etc.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Thinner consumption may vary depending upon site conditions. Practical covering capacity depends on application techniques, ambient conditions, wastage, surface condition, porosity of the concrete etc., and varies upto 50% and 60%.

Surface temperature must be 3^oC above Dew point to prevent condensation.
